Contact through the site or email is an enquiry only. A therapeutic relationship begins only when we confirm an appointment in writing and you accept our Counselling Agreement/Business Terms.
Availability, fees and cancellation terms are set out in our Counselling Agreement/Business Terms and may change from time to time.
We reserve the right to decline or end services where they are not clinically appropriate. If so, we will suggest alternative sources of support where possible.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland. If you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
